    Great atmosphere catches the hustle and bustle of NYC big slices bigger toppings. Great staff definitely recommend captures the essence of New York City.

    You know, it's a damn shame that this might represent NY pizza. Located in midtown, tourists flock over here not knowing the truth. The only good thing about this pizza is the size which might explain the crazy prices they charge for a regular slice.

    This is the problem with franchises. I doubt this is following the original famous rays recipe. The pizza is very doughy, too much cheese to sauce ratio and they can probably slip out the handcuffs if ever arrested for calling this a NY pizza with the amount of grease they have.

    Anyways, I'd rather go find a dollar pizza slice as they're better and cost less.

    This place SUCKS! Go to literally any of the 100 other pizza places in the area. You'll have a better experience.

    Ray's is more expensive than everywhere else and not as good! If it were the only place in town, then sure...but it's not so don't go here.

    My friends and I came the other day before heading to see the lion king musical. I chose this place because of its mention on Seinfeld and the pics on yelp. I really loved my piece. The cheese was so fresh and creamy. I had to get a side of pizza sauce though because it would have been too dry otherwise. My friends got a few different pieces and I can't recall what the combos were except I do recall one was the bbq chicken kind. We all loved our pizza, it was reasonable in price, clean, fast, etc. couldn't ask for more as far as quick and tasty pizza. I do think Michigan/Detroit style pizza is better but it still was really good. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the seating constraints and also the tiramisu I got was more marscapone than lady fingers and my friend's cheesecake looked very dry and she didn't care for it much.

    This is a little dive in the heart of Manhattan we wanted to try a little of everyone's pizza! They were quick had tons of options to choose from, and it was more than good! I would definitely go back next time in NYC! The owner and staff were having a great time and they were beyond busy but so efficient it didn't take long to get the goods and find a seat! Go visit them!!! Authentic pizza right there.
